The remaining wire frames are spray-painted green.

Sphagnum moss is stuffed into the frames.

Fake plants are twisted onto the outside to form filler between the real leaves.

The frames are moved atop a place with lots of 3-4′ Alaskan willow sprouts. The willow is twisted around and up the legs of the frames, and woven in and out between the fake leaves and wires like vines.

Willow sprouting,s are also wound up metal garden arches. Most trellis type plants can’t grow as perennials in Alaska, but the local willow sprouts that come up on their own make a great free substitute.
